Sometimes when we make a dish, it's just too delicious not to share. The latest example? This Chicken Marsala we
whipped up for a luncheon last week. Take a look!
Here's the recipe:
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- ½ c all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Chachere’s
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 6 cloves garlic- minced
In bowl, mix flour garlic, Tony’s Chachere’s, and pepper. Beat chicken and cut into pieces. Coat chicken lightly in flour mixture. Heat Oil and butter in skillet on medium. Fry chicken 3 minutes on each side till brown. Remove chicken from pan and deglaze. Stir in mushrooms and sauté till brown. Add Marsala and cook 10 minutes add 1 cup of chicken stock and let thicken. Add chicken back to pan and cook 10 more minutes. Add more chicken broth if needed.

Phew! Its been a busy couple months since our last update. Last weekend was especially packed, sine we had back-to-back
days of food preparation, delivery, and clean up. While some people find it stressful, we really enjoy the hustle
and bustle. After all, there's nothing that feels better than getting everything accomplished.
