Services included with every full-service catered event:

  • Delivery
  • Arrive 2 hours prior to event to set up
  • Buffet line presentation with chafing dishes, labeling, and décor
  • Provide sufficient professional staff to serve all guests
  • Maintenance of tables and trash throughout the event
  • Provide all disposables to include utensils, plates, cups, and napkins
  • Dinner napkins color selected by customer
  • Licensed bartending Services are available for a fee of $350.00 for first one and second one $250.00 to include ice, ice chest, openers, cups, beverage napkins, service, set up, and clean up
  • Non-Alcoholic drinks to include tea – sweet and un-sweet and infused water to include cups and ice provided
  • Serving your guests and cleaning of guest tables
  • Serving the wedding couple on real china with stainless utensils
  • Breakdown of food service areas within guidelines of the venue
  • Left-over food boxed for wedding couple to exclude any food items that contain seafood
  • Cutting and serving of cake
  • Pack up topper of cake in boxes provided by cake maker
  • Stay in guidelines of venue. We require a copy of venue contract for our review so that we may stay in their guidelines

We strive to provide our customers with their version of the best menu they wish to offer their guests for any occasion, be it a wedding, a corporate luncheon, hors d’oeuvres at a birthday celebration, or some spicy Cajun food at a tailgate.
